Software and data updates

From time to time we update our software and data files. Please review this page to determine if you need to update your installation of the Mechanovent MVP selector program.

Note: The updates on this web site are not full software installations. They will not be usable unless you have previously installed the software from CD-ROM.

MVP program

The MVP program is the product selection component of the Electronic Catalog. This tool allows you to enter a desired fan performance and obtain a product type and size. This tool is used to obtain operation-specific fan curves and sound data.

The current version of MVP is v1.80.

We have two update programs from which to choose. You only need ONE. The correct update to use depends on where on your hard-drive the existing MVP program has been installed.

To update MVP: Click on the appropriate link below and then SAVE to your hard drive (perhaps the Desktop). Once the download is complete, run the downloaded program. (It has a lightning bolt icon. ) Follow the directions in the update program. Once you are finished with the update program (you have "unzipped" the files), you can delete the program that you downloaded.
