THE INDUSTRY'S BEST LEAD TIMES - A COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Providing quick turnaround, accurate dates, and scheduling flexibility to our customers has always been a top priority for The New York Blower Company. We realize that downtime can be costly, and customers cannot accurately plan schedules without support from their suppliers. We are excited that, despite challenges throughout our industry, nyb has made significant strides to returning our lead times for both drawings and shipments to the industry's best. In the past year alone, New York Blower has opened a new manufacturing plant in Philadelphia, MS, increased manufacturing and engineering headcount across all U.S. locations, and invested in the long-term growth of both nyb and our community by working with local programs to help train future welders.
In the last calendar year, we have pursued four major goals with corresponding dates to improve shipments and drawing lead times, all of which have already been accomplished:
- Reduce catalog fan drawing lead times to 2 weeks by April 1st, 2023 - Accomplished
- Reduce custom fan drawing lead times to 2 weeks by June 1st, 2023 - Accomplished
- Reduce shipping lead times to pre-pandemic, industry best levels by October 1st, 2023 - Accomplished
- Return scheduling standards to product type, size, and accessory based by March 1st, 2024 - Accomplished
